The residential project for Dr. Giri from Gondia was completed by the reputed Architect from Gondia was published in the Architectural & Builders Magazine’s first issue of the tenth volume. Architectural & Builders Magazine popularly known as A&B Magazine is a reputed and trusted publication the world of architecture. The magazine is known for its keen eye for finding appreciation worthy architectural projects and brining those out to their readership of experienced architects and builders from all over India. Appreciation from such a publication, reinforces the excellence of the work and reflects the industry’s trust in the person.
During his inaugural speech at P. D. Rahangdale School and Girls Jr. College, Ar. Sandeep Baghele was addressing the students. He asked the students to remain faithful to their academics without falling prey to attractive and addictive social media platforms.
Ar. Sandeep further reiterated that students are expected to work hard towards learning and creating a better future for themselves without being distracted with the social media platforms that can harm their growth for a long period of time in future.
Ar. Sandeep Baghele while talking to the Lokmat media group highlighted the intricacies of the recent GST norms.
Ar. Sandeep mentioned the fact that the market has changed since the Demonetization. Along with the decrease in the interest rates on loans, the construction and the real estate market are enjoying a good state.
He further added that the policies that have been brought in place by current governance have been supportive for businesses and have proved beneficial for the industrial and business sector.
Mr. Manish Shukla approached Ar. Sandeep Baghele with an unique situation where the Shukla family wished for a modern yet in touch with the nature house, Ar. Sandeep gladly accepted the challenge and designed a one-of-its-kind house that was built amidst the concrete jungle with unique elements that were in tune with nature. From a Bamboo Machan with Mangalorean roof that replaced the traditional balcony to structures that were designed to allow the existing Mango and Coconut tree to grow and flourish.
The unique structure that took a lot of effort and planning was awarded as “The Green Building Concept of the Year” by the Indian Concrete Institute, Nagpur, and Ultratech Cement during the “Outstanding Residential Structure.” competition in Gondia.
